Sekolah Master in Depok offering free education for needy children, mostly street children and those of low-income family background in the area. The name Sekolah Master actually stands for Masjid Terminal, referring to a mosque located behind the Depok bus station. I’m doing a project to encourages children at Sekolah Master to explore their world through photography, and then to use their images as catalysts for verbal and written expression to enhance cross-cultural understanding and build global citizenship. So far we’ve already got ten pocket cameras for the children to make their own project. The purpose for this fundraising is to gain more camera for them.
